About Version 2.0

Groupmax Version 3 is integrated groupware used to exchange information and speed up data transmission in a corporate information system. You can build various groupware systems that satisfy your needs by combining the provided groupware facilities, such as the Web linkage facility, e-mail, and workflow.

The following facilities are strengthened in Groupmax Version 3 (03-10):

Strengthened the environment for developing and operating workflow applications from Web browsers
- Workflow facilities for monitoring work
- Workflow facility for analyzing work
- Workflow Definer
- Workflow Operation Monitor
Strengthened mobile/SOHO networking
- Mobile function for Scheduler (Windows CE) is supported.
- Mobile facilities for Mail are strengthened.
- Mobile function for Document Manager is supported.
- Related Product: Hitachi PERSONA
Strengthened linkage with other related products
- Linkage with FAX Connection (for Windows NT)
  is strengthened.
- Option for telephone connection is supported.
- Linkage between Workflow and HITFILE is supported.
Integrated System Manager for TCP/IP is supported.

- Workflow linkage with Lotus Notes

- Document management - Searches with linkage to the Internet and intranets
- E-mail - Supports POP3 and virus protection and Mail OCX

- Simplified setup - Using the Groupmax Server Setup Wizard
- Mobile - Improves operations of Mail and Scheduler (using Windows CE)
- Agents - Supplies ready-made agents

- Scheduler - Adds more windows with improved display format
