Strengthened the environment for developing and operating workflow applications from Web browsers

The following functions of Groupmax Version 3 (03-10) are strengthened to improve the development and operation of workflow applications on a Web browser.

- Workflow facilities for monitoring work^*1
- Workflow facility for analyzing work (This product is scheduled for release at the end of August 1998.)^*2
- Workflow Definer (This product is scheduled for release at the end of August 1998.) ^*2
- Workflow Monitor (This product is scheduled for release at the end of August 1998.)^*2

Provides the monitoring facilities to follow up work-items.

For the business operations administrator in an office
The following facilities are provided for business operations administrators:
- The facility for displaying the workflow status in each department.
- The facilities for temporarily changing the distribution of work-items to accommodate the number of tasks.(Enlarged figure)
For browsing the same business processes frequently
You can specify the business processes to be browsed frequently.

You can use a keyword that you specify to access the business process you want to browse.
Assign the keyword like a bookmark to a business process that you browse often. You can specify a keyword that you can easily remember.
Thus, you can use your keyword to browse the business process.

Workflow facility for analyzing work [Top of this page]

This facility provides the various functions for analyzing work based on the workflow log information collected with the Groupmax Workflow system.
In addition, this facility provides a graphic interface to analyze problems and estimate job execution statistics, such as the required job execution time and the load status of each user.

You can use Groupmax Workflow Definer in a Web browser environment in the same way as in the Groupmax client environment.
