Digitalized Supply Chains

In recent years, amid a lack of technicians and intensifying price competition, incidents of fraudulent practices have become a serious social issue.

At the same time, with the progress of digitalization, producers and consumers now exchange data in real time, allowing them to share status information. This is accelerating the complexity of supply chains and globalization.

Due to this significant change in the flow of data, there is a burgeoning demand for quality assurance of products and services, making the trustworthiness of supply chains (Trust) ever more important.

The Trustworthy Society Hitachi Aims to Establish

Hitachi aims to achieve Trustworthy supply chains by merging the latest digital technologies, products,
and know-how at manufacturing sites with a focus on the social infrastructure field.
The “Digital Trust” we have created is provided not only to producers, but also to consumers in order to contribute to
achieving a secure and comfortable Super Smart Society.

Hitachi's technology for Achieving a Trustworthy Supply Chain

Trust technology that uses the business know-how of factories, logistics, and retail businesses.
Visualization of correctly executed production activities on supply chains generates Trust.
By connecting this mechanism, we aim to achieve a Trustworthy supply chain.
