- Groupmax Version 3 supports standard Internet protocols, such as SMTP, LDAP, and POP3.
- The support of clickable URLs expanded the usability of Groupmax from Web browsers, making Groupmax Version 3 easier to use.
- Java technology improved the facility of Groupmax that operates on the Web. Therefore, you can define or monitor a workflow, or handle more complicated form processing.
Groupmax securely operates continuously for a long time
Even if a server shuts down, you can execute the Groupmax application you are working on by switching servers. You can also make a backup copy of a Groupmax service.
Groupmax server checks viruses
A virus check facility is installed in the Groupmax server to help prevent the spread of viruses.
Groupmax Scheduler has become more visual and easier to operate
In Groupmax Scheduler you can view your monthly schedule and review (and avoid) the overbooking of appointments more easily.
