The business-oriented environment is strengthened.

You can register an icon easily by dragging and dropping it.
You can set the color and shape of icons, and the color of the workplace tabs.
You can select rectangular icons, or three different sizes.
You can start a function by clicking on the item icon.

The virtual office environment is strengthened.

You can start a function by clicking on the metaphor.

The function-oriented environment is strengthened.

You can save the list information of the list view to a file.
You can easily specify the filtering date.
You can easily specify display conditions.

When you use workflow:

You can display role tray work-items in the INBOX.

Simple login
You can suppress the Groupmax login window. With this facility, you need not log in to Groupmax every time you use Groupmax.

* This facility applies only to a Windows system user who has previously logged in to Groupmax from the client personal computer in use.

Operability for sharing one PC by multiple users has improved.
Operability in an environment where users share one personal computer has improved.

Individual management of the personal address books is supported.
Groupmax Integrated Desktop supports an individual management facility for enabling each user to manage their own personal address books on each client personal computer. With this facility, each user can use their own personal address book.
Individual management of signature data files is supported.
Groupmax Intergrated Desktop supports an individual management facility for enabling each user to manage their own signature data files on each client personal computer. With this facility, each user can use their own signature file.

Electronic Mail (e-mail) [Top of this page]

Electronic Mail supports a facility to decode the multipart type of the MIME format.
When mail received from E-Mail is encoded in the multipart MIME format, Electronic Mail can decode that mail.
With this facility, Electronic Mail can receive multipart type mail such as mail in the Mac mailer AppleDouble format.
For decoding the AppleDouble format, this facility processes only the data fork.

The databases for the HITACHI mainframe
Groupmax Form Client supports a facility for referencing data from VOS3/FS XDM/RD, VOS1/FS RDB1 E2, and VOSK/FS RDBF.
Depending on the facilities on the database side, some of these facilities may be unavailable. Also, you cannot update these databases from Groupmax Form Client.
