img2/spc.gifStrength

img2/spc.gifOur strength is in our knowledge. We have worked to perfect the process of designing, engineering and implementing computer systems throughout the world for the past 30 years. Our designs make use of the most modern tools and latest technologies available.

Vast experience in the following process:

  1. Continuous casting
  2. Hot rolling mills
  3. Cold rolling mills
  4. Lines
  5. Yards

img2/spc.gifOur Approach

img2/spc.gifWe strongly believe in full customer involvement as a vehicle toward greater satisfaction. We create teams in which our state-of-art knowledge is brought together with our customers' operations knowledge, so that the best system can be designed and engineered for each project. This way, customers understand and appreciate the impetus behind design efforts. This helps in the transfer of technology to ground-level engineers and operations teams.

img2/spc.gifmore about us

img2/spc.gifWe stay abreast of the latest process technologies and of the most advanced computer technologies as well.
img2/spc.gifOur quest for better systems has brought us to design a leading-edge diagnostic system, HITSODAS (Hitachi's Self-Organized Diagnosis and Analysis System). This system makes all diagnostic data, including CCTV images at the time of faults, available at the click of a mouse.
img2/spc.gifAt the plant supervisory level, open system design is a primary concern of ours. Our designs are machine and OS independent.
img2/spc.gifAt the MES level, we have the most modern object-oriented software, which we engineer in cooperation with IBM of the US. Rescheduling, WIP tracking, etc., are some of the areas of collaboration.

We have supplied a multitude of automation systems in the time since our founding in Mar., 1966.
Systems have been exported to some 18 countries.
