Enhanced operation management facilities

1. Enhanced facility for collecting operation histories for mail servers

2. Enhanced visual user management facilities

The function to collect information as the operation histories of mail servers supported by Groupmax Address Server - Data Collection Version 5 has been enhanced.

(1) Transmission mail subjects are added to information to be collected as operation histories for mail servers.
The use of this function enables a system administrator to analyze roughly how mail is used.

(2) Supporting a facility for outputting the usage volume of each individual mailbox.
The use of this facility enables you to obtain the usage volume of each individual mailbox.

Groupmax Address - Assist supports the following functions, thereby decreasing the load of operations performed by the system administrator.

(1) Facility to display default values when registering a user who is assigned to multiple sections
(2) Facilities to initialize passwords of department administrators and to set initial password values
(3) Improvement of operation in large-scale configurations
