1. Document name extended to 80 bytes

In the old version, a document name over 63 bytes was truncated to 63 bytes when it was stored in the document management server. In the new version, the length of a document name that document management can handle has been extended to 80 bytes, which is the same as the maximum length of a mail document name. This keeps a document name intact without being truncated when a mail document is registered.

2. Facility supported for automatically registering copied documents in a full-text search server

In version 05-00, only new documents were automatically registered in a full-text search server. This enhancement enables copied documents also to be automatically registered in a full-text search server.
