Vulnerability description

Multiple vulnerabilities exist in JP1/File Transmission Server/FTP.

  • A FTP Bounce Attack is allowed in passive mode.
  • A buffer overflow vulnerability exists during file transmission.
  • An user identification mechanism leads a wrong result.

These vulnerabilities allow malicious users to access to system files. Affected products and versions are listed below. Please upgrade your version to the appropriate version, or apply the Workarounds.
