In Groupmax Collaboration - Schedule, when a secretary or facility manager changes schedule data, the schedule data might be assigned to an unintended member (for example, the managed facility or the secretary's boss). As a result, private information of the secretary or facility manager might be leaked to an unintended member.

In Groupmax Collaboration - Schedule, which is a component product of the following products, schedule data might be assigned to an unintended member when a secretary or facility manager changes schedule data:

  • Groupmax Collaboration Portal
  • uCosminexus Collaboration Portal
  • Groupmax Collaboration Web Client - Mail/Schedule

Although a secretary or facility manager intends to change his or her own schedule data, the changed data might be assigned to an unintended member, and information kept secret by the secretary or facility manager might be leaked to an unintended member.
