"Accessibility Supporter ZoomSight (hereinafter called 'ZoomSight' for short)" is an assistant tool to help those who are weak in eyesight or in identifying colors or have difficulty in reading to browse webpages quickly and conveniently. You can change "ZoomSight" settings to browse webpages more conveniently only by clicking controller's buttons.
You can switch between displaying and hiding "ZoomSight" panel. Even if "ZoomSight" panel is hidden, you can confirm keyboard operations and currently active functions. For the keyboard operation instructions, please refer to Keyboard Operation.
You can use "Slider" to adjust the zoom scale of the current page from 50% to 300%.
You can use the buttons of [+] and [-] to adjust the zoom scale of the current page from 50% to 300% by step of 5%.
The current page will be recovered to the original size (100%), if click [100%] button.
To change display color, please click the [COLOR] button in Switch Panel button and open the "Change Display Color" control panel to operate.
Click the [Black on White] button, the current page will be displayed with black foreground and white background.
Click the [White on Black] button, the current page will be displayed with white foreground and black background.
Click the [Invert color] button, the current page will be displayed by inverting the colors.
Click the [RESET] button, the current page will be displayed with the original colors.
To use "Text-To-Speech", please click the [VOICE] button in Switch Panel button and open the "Text-To-Speech" control panel to operate.
Click the [ON] button will turn on the "Text-To-Speech". If you want the reading to begin from the beginning of the current page, you need to click the [Next] button after clicking the [ON] button. In addition, if you move the mouse pointer over the content that you want to be read out for several seconds, "ZoomSight" will begin reading from the content you selected.
While reading, clicking the [Next] button will read from the sentence that came after the current sentence (clicking the [Prev] button will read from the sentence that came before the current sentence).
In addition, if you move the mouse pointer over the content that you want to be read out for several seconds, "ZoomSight" will begin reading from the content you selected. "ZoomSight" reads one segment at a time. The currently reading text will be highlighted.
You can pause reading by clicking the [Pause] button.
Clicking the [Pause] button again will resume reading.
You can stop reading by clicking the [OFF] button. When the "Text-To-Speech" is off, all the buttons within the "Text-To-Speech" control panel other than [ON] button will not be available.
Volume has five levels. You can change the volume level using "Volume setting" buttons. The current volume level is displayed in the "Volume display area".
Speed has five levels. You can change the reading speed using "Speed setting" buttons. The current speed level is displayed in the "Speed display area".
To use "Pronunciation Guide", please click the [RUBY] button in Switch Panel button and open the "Pronunciation Guide" control panel to operate.
Click the [Hiragana] button can add hiragana pronunciations for kanji and katakana in the current page.
Click the [Romaji] button can add romaji pronunciations for kanji, katakana and hiragana in the current page.
Click the [RESET] button can restore the current page to its original display.
Click the [Help] button, the help page of "ZoomSight" will open.
Keyboard operation is available only if "ZoomSight" is running.
