I visited the 42nd European Go Congress, held for two weeks long, from July 25 to August 8, in Mamaia, Romania. Romania is rather a far country in Europe, but 362 people participated and enjoyed Go day and night.
I stayed only for the last five days of the period, but I enjoyed simultaneous plays with many European players.
After Romania, I visited the Nihon Ki-in Go Cultural Centre in Amsterdam, where also I enjoyed playing Go with many players.
