In addition to the basic facilities that come with the Groupmax product set, the following optional products are available according to your needs. These optional products are classified into server options, client options and Web client options.

- Analyzer: Supports many types of analysis based on the workflow system log information collected by the Workflow system

- - Provides the facility for administrators who execute applications for following up work-items, and provides Viewer to support routine operations for referencing business processes.

- - Only provides an integrated operation environment for the Web linkage facility (new Web linkage facility) included in the server set products. This reduces the cost for extending Groupmax Web linkage servers.
- (5) XML support

- - Provides an API for importing and exporting XML data from a business application. The API is a component (COM interface) available in Visual Basic and ASP VBScript.

- - Provides the facility for linking the education support facility of Groupmax Performance Support Solution with Groupmax user authentication.

- Provides the following basic facilities that implement higher performance and reliability than the object management included in the server set products:
- Data recovery facility for restoring the status to that immediately before the occurrence of an error. The facility uses backups and journals.
- Batch delay update facility for improving performance of application systems that handle large amounts of processing.

- Provides the facility for controlling flows between servers in a multi-server environment.
- Provides the facility for controlling flows between business processes in a single-server environment.

- Provides licenses for adding concurrent accesses to the workflow database to improve the response and throughput in application systems that process a large number of work-items.
- A license allows you to add two concurrent accesses. You can add up to 32 concurrent accesses for 15 licenses.

- Provides the business process linkage facility (conforming to WfMC Interface 4 MIMEBinding 1.1) between workflow servers that are constructed in separate Groupmax domains.

- - Provides the facility to monitor a mailbox, read the URL in the mail text or the folder hierarchy of document management, and send a reply with the home page of the specified URL or the document specified on document management as an attached file.

- Groupmax Workflow Version 3 for Exchange
- - Provides the facility to send notification mail to an Exchange Server mailbox when a work-item arrives at the user tray in a workflow.
- Groupmax Workflow Version 3 for Lotus Notes
- - Provides the facility to send notification mail to the Lotus Notes mailbox when a work-item arrives at the user tray of the workflow.

- - Provides the facility to use the industry-standard LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) to access address information between Groupmax systems. This allows Groupmax mail users to send mail by searching and referring to address information on other Groupmax systems.

- - Provides the facility to fetch Groupmax e-mail by telephone or by fax. Since the GUI editor that comes with the product enables you to customize the procedure for fetching mail by telephone, this procedure is also applicable to routine jobs.
- Groupmax Scheduler - Telephone Option Version 5
- Provides the facility to use telephones or faxes to make confirmations and reservations in Groupmax schedules. Since the GUI editor that comes with the product enables you to customize the procedure for handling schedules by telephone, this procedure is also applicable to routine jobs.

- - Provides the facility that enables you to use faxes to fetch documents registered in Groupmax document management. Since the GUI editor that comes with the product enables you to customize the procedure for fetching documents by telephone, this procedure is also applicable to routine jobs.

- - Using a window similar to Windows Explorer, the product manages Address organization and user information to simplify operation management.
- Groupmax Address - Assist Service Version 5 (new product)
- - Stores, transfers and recovers user resources on each server when using Groupmax Address - Assist Viewer to transfer users.
- Groupmax Address Server - Data Collection Version 5 (new product)
- - Obtains a log of requests for authentication or password changes accepted by Address Server, and a log of requests for handling mail or news items accepted by Mail Server. This product only handles information about installed address servers and mail servers, but provides more detailed operation information than GroupmaxMail - Administrator Utilities Version 3.
- Groupmax Address Server - Monitor Version 5 (new product)
- - Displays graphs of the failed access attempts or password changes by Address Server, mailbox usage, accumulated time of mail remaining on Mail Server, and server response time. Summarizes information on servers received from Groupmax Address - Data Collection Version 5 to provide operation information across multiple servers. Provides information that can also be obtained from Groupmax Mail - Administrator Utilities Version 3.
- (2) Integrated system operation management
- Groupmax System Agent - TCP/IP Version 5
- - Provides the facilities on the server side to centralize the management of Groupmax server operations including mail, workflow, document management, and schedule management in a multi-server environment. These facilities include collection of operation information, warning of database reorganization time, batch collection of error information, start, stop, status monitoring and status display for each facility, specification of start or stop time using parameters, and scheduled operation.
- Groupmax System Manager - TCP/IP Version 5
- - Provides the facilities on the administrator terminal side to centralize the management of Groupmax server operations including mail, workflow, document management, and schedule management in a multi-server environment. These facilities include collection of operation information, warning of database reorganization time, batch collection of error information, start, stop, status monitoring and status display for each facility, specification of start or stop time using parameters, scheduled operation, and operation of multiple servers using multiple windows.
