• adjust others' schedules even if they are located in different buildings, because you can connect distant organizations via gateway servers.
• set reference permissions (securities) according to the priority of a worker's position.

Functions of Scheduler/Facilities Manager

• Displaying a schedule
  You can:
  • display monthly, weekly, and daily schedules.
  • display weekly and daily schedules horizontally or vertically.
  • display monthly schedules in a calendar format.
  • display schedule in ten different colors depending on your destination.
  • display last year's, this year's, and next year's schedules.
  • display and adjust the schedules of up to 30 members simultaneously, and search for their available times.
  • use a red frame to distinguish the schedules registered by others from the schedules you registered.
  • display up to five overlapping registered or reserved schedules.
  • report schedules in advance.
  • set environment settings, such as the display time periods for each terminal.
  
  
• Registering and editing a schedule
  You can:
  • register schedules down to any minute of a 24 hour day.
  • simply use the mouse to select and enter the destination and requirements from a list.
  • enter memos in the memo box.
  • use the privacy facility to prevent other members from referencing your schedule.
  • easily edit, copy, move, and delete your schedule.
  
  
• Reserving a schedule
  You can:
  • use drag-and-drop to enter reservations in other members' schedules.
  • use the reservation status list to view a list of replies from members who have had their schedules reserved. Also, you can change and cancel reserved schedules.
  • display your reserved schedule from the list, confirm the contents, and reply to a reservation.
  • use the reservation status list to view the reservations and replies of other members.
  
  
• Group reservations
  You can:
  • register up to 30 members in a group for displaying and reservation.
  • register up to 50 groups and a total of 500 members.
  • copy a personal address book of Groupmax Mail into a group.
  
  
• Secretary
  You can:
  • register the schedule of executives.
  • use the name of an executive to register the schedules of other members.
  • display an executive's reserved schedule in a list, confirm the contents, and reply to the reservation.
  • view an executive's reservation status list. Also, you can change and cancel the reserved schedule.
  
  
• Reserving facilities

  You can: display the seating capacity and managers of meeting rooms, the available equipment and facilities, and the rules for reserving the room. display the schedules of up to 30 facilities and view the schedules of members and facilities simultaneously. display last year's, this year's, and next year's schedule. search for the times when members and facilities are available. reserve facilities. Note Facilities Manager Version 3 must be setup to view and reserve facilities.

  
  
• Printing
  You can:
  • print out monthly schedules, weekly schedules, daily schedules and schedules in a list format.
  • Input and output files in CSV format. Also, you can freely use other spreadsheet software to edit and print data.
  
  
• Linking with mail
  If Groupmax Mail or MS-Mail is installed, you can specify that Scheduler automatically send mail to each member when you reserve a time in each member's schedule.
  
  
• TODO facility
  You can:
  • register tasks and create lists.
  • input information about the task, such as the start date, end date, importance, urgency, contact number, and notes.
  • easily copy, update and delete tasks.
  • display a list of completed tasks.
  • output the file in CSV format. Also, you can freely use other spreadsheet software to print out and edit the data.
  • use different colors to indicate tasks that have exceeded their end dates. You can also use colors to indicate the importance and urgency of the tasks.
  
  
• Other features
  You can:
  • use the Undo facility in weekly schedules.
  • save the currently applied conditions when exiting the scheduler.
