Integrated Desktop provides a working environment that best suits your business tasks. It provides a graphical user interface that makes you feel as if you were working on your own physical desk so that you feel more comfortable.

Integrated Desktop provides the following three work environments. You can select the one that is best suited to your task in Groupmax or to your experience with personal computers.

Function-oriented environment
Groupmax functions and documents handled by those functions are displayed in a tree structure:
The main window consists of the tree view on the left and list view on the right. In the tree view, all functions available from Integrated Desktop, including the INBOX, form holder and shared cabinet are displayed. In the list view , a list of the work-items or documents contained in an item selected from the tree view are displayed.

Business-oriented environment
Users can create several workplaces of their own according to their business needs. Workplaces and toolbars are displayed in the business-oriented window. In a workplace, you can register an item to be used for a job as you like. When several workplaces exist, use the tab key to switch among workplaces. Business-oriented environment (small)

Virtual office environment
Groupmax functions are represented by an illustration of an office and office supplies such as a trash bin, INBOX (input tray), and OUTBOX (output tray). Also, a user can change the default office illustration to another illustration that is more similar to his or her actual work environment. Users can intuitively process everyday tasks such as receiving, sending, and deleting documents. Virtual office environment (small)
