Electronic addresses
• Using the address export utility and batch registration utility to move users.

• Using the backup and restore commands for a personal mailbox to move user data between servers.

Groups and bulletin board members
• Using the utility for outputting group and bulletin board member information and the batch registration utility to move information about groups and bulletin board members.

Workflow
• Using automatic mail forwarding to move user work-item data.

Groupmax Version 5 or a later version provides the following functions as server integration tools.

• Enhanced GUI-based user management

Bulletin board
• Moving the master bulletin board by switching over to the replica bulletin board

Document Manager
• Moving ordinary documents in units of folders (import and export commands)

Mail
• You cannot transfer an organization that has members.

Perform the following procedure:
• Move the users in the target organization to a dummy organization before moving the target organization.
• Delete the organization and users from the source server and then reregister them in the destination server.

Workflow
• You cannot move to another server the users assigned to a business process created in Version 1.
• Change the business process users, delete the business process and then move the users.
