Supporting a multiple signature facility in e-mail
Until the release of version 05-11, each user was allowed to have only one signature. Since version 05-11, however, each user will be allowed to have up to 10 signatures. Thus, users can have different signatures depending on usage; in-house, outside the company, transaction-specific, etc., thereby making mail creation easier.
