• Clients only need a Web browser and do not require any special environment settings. You can build an education environment using the network simply by introducing a server for Groupmax PSS.
• To create HTML files, use a commercially-available HTML editor. You can use an HTML editor to develop courseware scenarios or exercises.
• With the Groupmax linkage functions, learners can study in the operation environment they are accustomed to.
• Easy-to-understand user interfaces such as icons and screens are used so that even a novice user can easily use the education program.

(2) Easy to use for instructors and courseware developers

• Courseware developers can develop scenario-type courseware consisting of chapters, sections, and items, without the need for complex programming.
• Courseware can include various types of exercises to check the comprehension level for each chapter, section, or item.
• The education support functions allow you to register and manage existing HTML data.
• Managed data can be extracted by class, learner, organization, courseware, exercise, chapter, and so on.
• Managed data can also be output in a variety of forms such as tables, graphs, CSV-format data, and the like.
• We can develop courseware on behalf of customers or provide commercially available courseware to assist instructors and courseware developers (at an additional cost).

• Linking with the Groupmax functions facilitates the procedures such as application for a course, supervisor's approval, education manager's approval, and notification of results.
• You can use Groupmax Mail for announcing new courses or for calling for applicants.

(5) Communication function for assured learning style

• Learners can use the "communication board" (chat) function to communicate with instructors or other remote learners in real time.
• Learners can see their classmates in the virtual campus to increase motivation.
• Learners can use the bulletin board function to transfer information to instructors or to other learners.
• The FAQ function stores the answers to frequently-asked questions from learners. This saves the trouble of making individual, repeated replies and improves learning efficiency.
