(1) You can move work-items from the user tray to the role tray.
Note, however, that you cannot return automatically-distributed or redistributed work-items to the role tray.

(2) After specifying the last node in the list of send-back destination candidates when sending back a work-item, you can display the dialog box for specifying a send-back destination to select a send-back destination.

(3) You can operate files attached to a work-item through a dialog box as they are for reference only or for reference and addition.
