Enhanced CTI linkage facility (for Windows NT only)
For the CTI linkage facility (for linkage and integration between computers and telephones/facsimiles), Groupmax Version 3 supported email and scheduler linkage functions as Groupmax-related products. Groupmax Version 5 supports enhanced email and scheduler linkage functions of the CTI linkage facility as an optional product for the execution environment. This facility is server option for connecting other systems. Groupmax Version 5 also now supports a new linkage function with the document manager.
For the CTI linkage facility, a dedicated PC is necessary in addition to the Groupmax server.
(1) Enhanced CTI-linked email function

Supports a voice response board to provide assured telephone answering.
Supports a notification function for received email messages by linking with the Groupmax server agent
Supports a number display function to simplify user authentication.
(2) Enhanced CTI-linked scheduler function

Supports schedule reservations from telephones.
Supports checking of facility schedules and reserving of facilities from telephones.
Supports a number display function to simplify user authentication.
(3) Support for CTI-linked document manager
(Groupmax Document Manager - Telephone Option Version 5)
Provides a function of retrieving documents registered in the Groupmax document manager and sending them by a facsimile
Allows customization of telephone operation for retrieving documents by using a built-in graphical editor, so that this function is usable for fixed-form businesses.
(4) CTI-linked addin kits
With addin kits, you can add other functions to each CTI linkage functions.

This addin kit allows you to use the CTI-linked email function in the environment using the CTI-linked scheduler function or CTI-linked document manager function.

This addin kit allows you to use the CTI-linked scheduler function in the environment using the CTI-linked email function or CTI-linked document manager function.
