When Cosminexus Agent receives invalid data from a process other than Cosminexus Manager, the Cosminexus Agent process might go down.

When Cosminexus Agent receives invalid data from a process other than Cosminexus Manager, the Cosminexus Agent process might go down. Please note that, even if the Cosminexus Agent process goes down, the operations of running applications started by Cosminexus Agent are not affected.

This problem might occur if your system uses Cosminexus Agent. Affected products and versions are listed below. Please upgrade your version to the appropriate version, or apply the Workarounds.

Workarounds

Please carry out the following workaround until the fixed modules are available:

Set filtering rules on the OS or router so that only reliable hosts can access the TCP ports used by Cosminexus Agent.
