Explanation of solution

Event inspection, confirmation, and judgment, done manually by the administrator can be automated as a series of operations triggered by the occurrence of an event (e.g. workload too high). Not only simple actions like reporting but complex operations can also be automated to offer high quality services.

  1. Threshold is exceeded during job execution by job server C.
  2. The integrated console detects a JP1 event (alert).
  3. Apply the predefined "load distribution rule for increased load on job execution."
  4. Check the number of running jobs and CPU load, and if conditions are met,
    switch job executing server from C to D at the discretion of the administrator.
