JP1/Remote Control (RC)

JP1/RC is a product that provides functionality to control a remotely located PC. Using a phone line or LAN, it can summon the contents of the screen of the remote computer, and show them on the local machine, allowing for file transfer and chat functionalities, among others. And since it records the actions performed on-screen, it can replay them at a later time.
JP1/RC consists of the following components.

JP1/RC Manager

This product allows the user to invoke a remote PC (agent) window on the local PC (controller) window via a LAN or telephone line to remotely control the remote PC. It provides functions for remotely controlling PCs. The main functions of this product include the following:

  • Agent window operation
  • Agent configuration management
  • Agent window information recording and playing
  • Controller-agent or agent-agent file transmission
JP1/RC Agent This product is an agent connected to JP1/Remote Control Manager. It provides functions for remotely controlled PCs, to ensure that the local machine window can be presented on the display device that serves JP1/Remote Control Manager (controller).
