JP1/Performance Management (PFM)
JP1/PFM is a series of products that enable the unified monitoring and analysis of database and system performance for distributed systems on which mixed platforms exist.
JP1/PFM consists of the following components.

| JP1/PFM - Manager | This product centrally manages node information and alarm events for JP1/Performance Management - Agent Option for XX and JP1/Performance Management - Remote Monitor for XX. |
| JP1/PFM - Base | This product provides common function for each product in JP1/Performance Management - Agent Option for XX and JP1/Performance Management - Remote Monitor for XX. Note that this product is a prerequisite product for JP1/Performance Management - Agent Option for XX and JP1/Performance Management - Remote Monitor for XX. |
| JP1/PFM - RM for Platform | This product can remotely monitor the operation status of servers for JP1/Performance Management - Manager agent products, without installing a monitoring agent on the monitoring target server. This product monitors multiple hosts, collecting and managing performance data for each. |
| JP1/PFM - RM for Oracle | This product can remotely monitor the operation status of servers for JP1/Performance Management - Manager agent products, without installing a monitoring agent on the monitoring target server. This product remotely monitors the operation performance of Oracle databases, and collects performance data. |
| JP1/PFM - RM for SQL Server | This product can remotely monitor the operation status of servers for JP1/Performance Management - Manager agent products, without installing a monitoring agent on the monitoring target server. This product remotely monitors the operation performance of Microsoft SQL Server systems, and collects performance data. |
| JP1/PFM - Agent for Platform | This is an agent product for JP1/Performance Management - Manager. It monitors the operation performance of a Windows or UNIX system, and collects performance data. |
| JP1/PFM - Agent for VM | This is a JP1/PFM - Manager agent product. This product monitors the operation performance for virtual environments (VMware), and collects performance data, and can be used to streamline the operation of virtual environments. |
| JP1/PFM - Agent for EAP | This is an agent product for JP1/Performance Management - Manager. It can monitor the operation performance of SAP® R/3® systems, and collect performance data. |
| JP1/PFM - Agent for SR | This is an agent product for JP1/Performance Management - Manager. It can measure the response times of Internet services such as HTTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP4, DNS, DHCP, FTP, and TCP. It can also simulate transitions between a series of Web pages as Internet Explorer operation history (IE scenario) and Internet Explorer communication history (Web transactions), to measure the response time. A recorder is included to generate the definition files needed when IE scenarios and Web transactions are measured. |
| JP1/PFM - Agent for Oracle | This is an agent product for JP1/Performance Management - Manager. It can monitor the operation performance of Oracle database, and collect performance data. In addition, this product utilizes one user connection when monitoring Oracle. |

| JP1/PFM - Analysis View | This is a GUI operation product for JP1/Performance Management - Analysis Manager. It provides a GUI for analyzing operation performance information and setting up configuration definitions for monitoring systems. Analysis results can be output as reports, in standard HTML format. Instances can now be used in correlation analyses, and differing metric analyses and inter-instance analyses are now possible as well. |
| JP1/PFM - Analysis Manager | This product performs integrated management of Internet service response times and overall system operation performance, treating various systems such as Web systems as services and components comprised of services. It can monitor and analyze system bottlenecks through correlation and other analysis, and can perform proactive management such as trend analysis, forecasting, and ranking. This enables stable system performance and early discovery of any problems. |
