JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 (AJS3)
JP1/ASJ3 is a group of products designed to integrate automatic job scheduling systems, automatic operation systems and batch job operation, allowing linked processing to become both seamless and simple.
JP1/ASJ3 consists of the following components.

Its features include easy-to-read interfaces with high operating efficiency and abundant customization functions. This product is a successor to JP1/Automatic Job Management System 2 - View. |
| JP1/AJS3 - Manager | This product is used to run jobs automatically. It can periodically execute jobs based on a predefined sequence or start a particular process when a specific event occurs. It includes affluent scheduling functions and a scalable execution engine. It can run for 24 hours. It defines, manages, and runs jobs as instructed via the viewer. It incorporates functions for centralized job monitoring in addition to the same functions as with JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 - Agent. This product is a successor to JP1/Automatic Job Management System 2 - Manager. |
| JP1/AJS3 - Agent | This product is an agent that serves JP1/ Automatic Job Management System 3 - Manager. It performs processes as instructed by the manager. This product is a successor to JP1/Automatic Job Management System 2 - Agent. |
| JP1/AJS3 - WOA | This product allows the user to monitor or run JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 in batch mode from a Web client. The user can filter and list information on the monitored entities and then select desired units from the list and manipulate them. |
| JP1/AJS3 for EAP | This product is used to control SAP® ERP system jobs from a non-SAP® R/3® system. When defining a JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 - Manager jobnet, the user can register JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 for Enterprise Applications custom jobs in the jobnet. The user can then automatically execute SAP® ERP system jobs from JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 - Manager. The user can also control InfoPackages and process chains defined on SAP® Business Information Warehouse (SAP® BW). |
| JP1/AJS2 - DA | This product allows the user to import JP1/AJS2 unit definition information to Microsoft Excel and display it there in a form layout format so that the information can be edited or deleted. It also allows the user to export information created on Microsoft Excel as unit definition information. |
