On September 25, 2009, the 17th China International Exhibition on Financial Banking Technology & Equipment (hereafter referred to as CIFTEE for abbreviation) was held at Beijing Exhibition Center.
Hitachi Information Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as HISS) presented JP1, a software product for system-operation management in China. The theme for this year's exhibition was "Solutions for the Visualization, Safety, and Efficiency of System-Operation Management".
The annual CIFTEE (official name: China International Exhibition On Financial Banking Technology & Equipment) is the most important event of the year in the Chinese financial sector. This year was the 17th anniversary of the exhibition.

This year's CIFTEE attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors, including representatives from governments, financial institutions, and manufacturers. HISS set up the JP1 booth and gave demonstrations that focused on the automated processing of overnight jobs within the financial industry. Over 1,000 visitors stopped by the booth.
During the CIFTEE, on September 3, HISS also held the 4th Media Event, with the main focus of the event being the latest version of JP1. HISS used this opportunity to introduce the new features in JP1. Writers and reporters from 15 different IT industry magazines came to see the presentation.
We believe that this exhibition helped our financial customers to better understand the functions and features of Hitachi JP1. In order to further deepen our understanding of customer needs, we will continue to communicate with corporate managers and industry specialists, and strive to propose even betters solutions for effectively targeting the Chinese financial market.
