- We provide shuttle service with 5-mm2 as one unit and you can chose maximum 5 units for very-small-scale mass production.
- We deliver fabricated fifty chips and fabrication monitoring data per one unit.
- Even if the specifications of SiGe HBT or CMOS are different depending on customers, shuttle starts at the same time.
