Hitachi provides CMOS ASIC packages for operation in the GHz range such as ultra-high-speed, high pin-count packages (with over 2000 pins) and so on.

Various kinds of general-purpose packages are available for high-voltage / mixed-signal LSIs.

Furthermore, we design and fabricate custom packages that meet the needs of customers.

Lineup

Ultra-high-speed CMOS ASICs for operation in the GHz range are realized in BGAs with large numbers of pins.

Mixed-signal / high-voltage LSIs are mounted in general-purpose packages to realize low costs and high densities.
