Analog Switch ICs

No high-voltage power supply for low power dissipation

HDL6M06501A/B operates with only ±5V power supplies, and transfers ±100V ultrasound signals through 16Ω/8Ω(Type-A/B) on-resistance. This high voltage-less architecture provides much lower power dissipation and fail-safe feature.

Unique pin configuration for efficient PCB wiring

The pin configuration of single poles on one side and single throws on opposite side enables efficient wiring on board, thus contributes to compact system.
